We only charge at a later stage when the customer is already satisfied with our service. We provide refund for the add-on services. But not in any condition DesignThingy.co is bound to refund. However the refund policy may vary in accordance with the non-discloser agreement (NDA) between the user and DesignThingy.co.
No Refund

- user at any stage does not comply with the terms and conditions.
- For the one-time payment plans and simple/moderate/complex/custom plans.
Full Refund
We provide full refund for the add-on service and subscription plans if asked within 14 days of purchase.
